Christopher Yang is a Senior Director – Operations with Berkadia’s FHA/HUD and Seniors Housing Finance groups. In this role, Mr. Yang is responsible for supporting and co-leading the Mortgage Banking teams in these verticals, who provide solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Since joining Berkadia in 2022, the groups he helps to lead have financed more than $10 billion across hundreds of transactions.
Previously, Mr. Yang was a HUD-Approved Lean underwriter where he managed and closed Seniors Housing and Healthcare transactions for Berkadia. Mr. Yang has also held roles in commercial real estate at Walker & Dunlop, Savills, and Credit Suisse.
Mr. Yang has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University. He is based in the Washington DC Metro area.
