Ethan Wagner is an Associate Director with the DC Metro Hotels and Hospitality Mortgage Banking platform. In this role, he is responsible for arranging capital markets solutions for commercial real estate owners and developers throughout the United States. Ethan has extensive knowledge and experience in originating, underwriting, and closing various financing types for a broad range of asset classes including, but not limited to hospitality, multifamily, industrial, retail, and office properties.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ethan served as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Jersey Shore State Bank, and prior to that, Ethan was a senior member of the investment team at Core Realty based out of Philadelphia, PA. Ethan’s broad experience has resulted in a wide range of specialties including acquisition and development due diligence, financial and feasibility analysis, strategy consulting, and investment underwriting, structuring, and capitalization.
Ethan attended the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University where he studied Finance with a focus in Real Estate.
