Jane Fletcher is a Managing Director on Berkadia’s Mortgage Banking platform, based in Denver. She brings experience in commercial real estate platform lending as well as multifamily, office, industrial project development and property management.
Jane most recently served as Executive Vice President at Corum Real Estate Group, where she was responsible for strategic investment and operational decisions, sourcing projects and investment opportunities, and cultivating relationships with equity partners and lenders. During her seven years at Corum, she and her partner invested in more than $500 million in projects across the Front Range, including industrial, multifamily, and office development and acquisitions. Jane also oversaw the company’s property management business, which included both residential and commercial management across Colorado.
Before joining Corum, Jane built her career in commercial real estate lending, serving as a relationship manager with LaSalle Bank and PrivateBank and later as Managing Director at CIBC Bank USA.
Originally from Chicago, Jane earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is an active member of DMCAR and serves on its board. She has two teenage children and enjoys adventuring with her husband and family.
