Jeff Lawrence, Managing Director of Affordable Housing based in Atlanta, GA, has over 25 years of real estate experience, including originating both market rate and affordable loans, underwriting, analysis, and portfolio management. Jeff has extensive experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD loan programs.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jeff served as Managing Director/Senior Vice President at Walker & Dunlop. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he served as Vice President at CWCapital LLC within the Multifamily Finance Platform.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Morehouse College and a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
