Jennifer Dakin serves as a Managing Director for Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality Mortgage Banking out of the DC Metro office. In her role, she is responsible for providing creative financing solutions to commercial real estate owners and developers throughout the United States, with a focus on the lodging sector. She is a well-regarded financial advisor with over 28 years of multi-faceted commercial banking experience.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jennifer worked in the commercial real estate group at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for 20 years as a relationship manager, team leader and managing director, and was instrumental in growing the Hospitality Finance Group.
