Jie Lee is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in the Irvine office. Jie has 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since joining Berkadia in 2014, he has directly participated in the origination, underwriting, and closing of $3 billion of debt, encompassing a variety of asset types and financing throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Jie served as Vice President of the Real Estate Management and Advisory division for a publicly traded real estate investment company where he was instrumental in the asset management and recapitalization of a $1 billion portfolio with over 80 properties.
