Josh Finley is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking based in Atlanta, GA. Josh Finley joined Berkadia in June 2015 as an Associate Director responsible for representing Berkadia in the origination of GSE multifamily acquisition and refinance loans in addition to assisting client’s evaluate and source optimal debt solutions across all sectors of asset classes for their investment objectives. His duties include sourcing new loan opportunities by working hand-in-hand with internal multifamily investment sales brokers as well as through owner network relationships and overseeing loan originations from application to closing.
