Judy MacManus is a Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia based out of Atlanta, GA. She has more than three decades of commercial real estate expertise providing apartment owners with a fully integrated, multifamily, capital markets, and sales platform at Berkadia. Judy has a wide range of experience having been involved in the closing of more than 60,000 multifamily units with an aggregate value of more than $2.5 billion.
With successful tenures as an appraiser with Pritchett, Ball, and Wise and then for Cushman & Wakefield, she has a broad range of in-depth market knowledge. In 1992, Judy joined the disposition team at Travelers Realty Investment Company and transitioned into Investment Sales at the Atlanta office of Moran & Company and later with Brown Realty Advisors before joining Berkadia.
Judy is a proud graduate of Michigan State University, and is an active member of the Board of Directors of Open Doors Atlanta, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide homes for those experiencing homelessness.
