Katelyn Reynolds is an Associate Director with the Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality Mortgage Banking platform. In this role, Ms. Reynolds is responsible for providing financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. She has extensive knowledge and specializes in underwriting, structuring and closing debt financing for hospitality assets as well as other income-producing properties such as multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, and industrial/warehouse. In her career, Ms. Reynolds has been involved in securing over $1 billion in debt finance transactions for clients representing several capital source executions including Life Companies, CMBS, Debt Funds, and Banks.
Ms. Reynolds has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston College where she was a member of the Women’s Golf Team.
