Kathleen Cohen, a Director in Berkadia’s Atlanta office, joined Berkadia in 2017 to focus on debt solutions for both affordable and market rate multifamily properties, primarily HUD/FHA debt. She is committed to serving as a trusted advisor for her clients as she partners with a nationwide network of commercial real estate experts across the United States and countless capital partners.
Kathleen brings 15 years of finance experience to Berkadia. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University.
