Kevin Batt is a Managing Director with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and loan origination, including a combined 12 years at Berkadia and its predecessor companies.
Throughout his career Kevin has executed transactions with a wide variety of capital sources, including government agencies, life insurance companies, conduit lenders, debt funds and banks. Kevin has experience in originations across all commercial real estate asset classes as well as leasing, investment sales, acquisitions/dispositions and development. Kevin and Berkadia Denver Mortgage Banking have originated nearly $11 billion in debt since 2016.
Prior to rejoining Berkadia in 2016, Kevin was with JP Morgan Chase as a multifamily loan originator for nearly five years. Preceding JP Morgan, he worked at CBRE where he underwrote and closed HUD-insured multifamily, senior/age-restricted, healthcare and manufactured housing community loans.
