A Washington, D.C. native, Mauricio Rodriguez is a Managing Director for Berkadia’s DC Metro Mortgage Banking platform as well as Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality platform. In this role, he is responsible for providing financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Mauricio has extensive knowledge and experience in originating, underwriting, structuring and closing a broad range of income-producing asset types with a concentration in hospitality, multifamily, office, medical-office, retail, self-storage, and industrial/warehouse. In his career, Mauricio has assisted clients with securing over $6 billion in debt finance transactions representing over 300 closed transactions through a variety of capital source executions including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Companies, CMBS, Debt Funds, and Banks.
