He specializes in multifamily debt financing, focusing on conventional and affordable Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD transactions. With 25 years of experience in these areas, Mr. Marley spent the first 10 years as a production analyst and underwriter and the last 15 years in a production role.
Mr. Marley has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the Lowder School of Business at Auburn University. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and National Multifamily Housing Council.
