Patrick Hickey is an Associate Director in Berkadia’s Houston office. After beginning his career at JLL, Patrick joined Berkadia in 2020 and is responsible for sourcing debt and equity for his clients across the United States. Since joining Berkadia, the Houston office has closed $10+ billion in debt across 450+ transactions, facilitated by Agency, CMBS, Bank, Debt Funds, HUD, and Life Company financing.
In addition to underwriting, packaging, and sourcing debt and equity, Patrick focuses on building long-term relationships with the goal of operating as a true advisor for his clients. Over his career, Patrick has built strong industry relationships that allow him to educate and advise clients with the right information to navigate turbulent markets.
Patrick studied Economics and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
