Wesley Moczul is an Associate Director in Berkadia’s Orlando, FL office and specializes in the origination of debt and equity for multifamily investors and developers. Since joining Berkadia in 2016, Wesley has been directly involved in the successful underwriting, structuring, and closing of over $2 billion across over 20 states. As a capital markets expert, he has extensive experience in originating loans through Berkadia’s direct lending platform for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD in addition to alternative capital sources including life insurance companies, banks, conduits, and debt funds. During his tenure at Berkadia, Wesley has aided both domestic and internationally based sponsors in fulfilling their capital needs and has closed transactions with 30+ capital sources.
Prior to joining Berkadia, he worked with Voya Investment Management (formerly ING) and held the title Senior Portfolio Manager.
Wesley is a graduate of The Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.
