Brian Myers is a Senior Managing Director in the Berkadia Strategic Capital group. The national practice specializes in advising Berkadia’s clients on private capital solutions across asset classes and strategies working in deep collaboration across business lines of the Berkadia platform. The team utilizes and maintains robust coverage of both domestic and global direct institutional investors.
Mr. Myers has a track record of successfully executing integrated efforts nationally, having effected strategic transactions in acquisitions, development, recapitalizations, and programmatic investment vehicles for industry-leading sponsors across sectors such as Living (Multifamily, Affordable, Seniors, Student), Industrial, Life Sciences, Hospitality, Office and Mixed-Use projects.
Mr. Myers joined Berkadia in August 2025, bringing deep expertise in client engagement, investor coverage and capital outreach, investment structuring, and collaboration with the broader platform. With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, he has significant expertise across the entire capital stack and has completed transactions totaling over $8 billion.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Myers served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at CBRE Capital Advisors, where he was a senior member of the Private Capital Advisory group. Before CBRE Capital Advisors, he was Vice President in Debt and Structured Finance at CBRE.
Mr. Myers holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
