Mr. Bedwell serves as a Managing Director in the Dallas, Texas office for FHA/HUD. Chad has more than 20 years of multifamily/healthcare experience in capacities such as loan origination, financial analysis and due diligence. Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Bedwell owned and operated a HUD Third Party Consulting firm, MB Consulting Group, LLC that focused on environmental, property condition assessments and general consulting for HUD MAP and LEAN transactions. He also worked for Partner Engineering & Science in a National Client Manger position prior to joining Berkadia. Mr. Bedwell obtained a BS in Bioenvironmental Science with continued emphasis in Construction Sciences from Texas A&M University. Chad resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with his family and is active in various local and national affordable and market rate apartment associations and finance organizations.
