Aaron Dmitrenko is an Associate Director in Berkadia’s San Francisco office specializing in the origination of both market rate and affordable debt. Since 2015, Aaron has been involved in the sourcing, structuring, and underwriting of multifamily projects around the United States. Aaron has extensive experience with FHA/HUD loan programs, including refinancing, new construction and acquisitions for multifamily, senior housing and hospital/healthcare properties.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2019, Aaron spent four years in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group where he focused on the origination of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt.
Aaron is a graduate of San Diego State University and resides in Northern California.
