Bianca Andujo is a Managing Director for Berkadia’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare platform in Dallas, Texas and is currently responsible for growing HUD healthcare loans.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Bianca served as Senior Vice President and Healthcare Banking team lead for Bank of Texas in Dallas for 12 years. Before joining Bank of Texas, she served as Vice President for Bank One in Dallas in the Commercial and Industrial Space.
Bianca earned a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University and attended the London School of Economics as part of her bachelor’s degree. While serving as a board member of the Vickery Meadows Youth Development Foundation and volunteering, Bianca also completed Leadership Dallas in 2011. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, traveling, and reading.
