Brad Mason is a Director in the Mortgage Banking division of Berkadia’s Dallas office. Brad has been involved and capitalized approximately $6 billion in transactions throughout his 11 year career. While focusing primarily on multifamily, he also specializes in hospitality, senior living, and other property types and has extensive experience in structuring joint venture opportunities and originating debt for all types of products such as construction loans, agency financing, bridge loans, and life insurance companies.
Prior to joining Berkadia in November 2017, Brad worked for three years as an investment analyst at Northmarq Capital and was involved in over $900 million in transactions while there.
A native of Dallas, Brad attended Mississippi State University where he played collegiate golf. He graduated from The University of Texas Arlington with a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) while continuing to play collegiate golf. Brad is active in the Young Guns within the Texas Real Estate Council and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Texas. Brad resides in Dallas with his wife Haley and two sons and continues to play competitive amateur golf.
