Steve Muth is an experienced banker with over 14 years in the healthcare and seniors housing sectors. At Berkadia, Steve specializes in delivering comprehensive mortgage debt solutions, including FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Berkadia’s Proprietary Lending Bridge.
Before joining Berkadia in 2022, Steve spent over a decade at M&T Bank, where he excelled as both a commercial banker and mortgage banker. In 2018, he notably established the firm’s nationwide bridge-to-perm platform. Steve began his professional journey at KPMG LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Steve resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and three children.
