Chris Pollard is a Managing Director for the Mortgage Banking platform at Berkadia. He joined Berkadia in 2014, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Since joining Berkadia, Chris has financed over $3.3 billion of commercial real estate. Chris specializes in individual and portfolio debt and equity origination across all property types. He is well-versed in various loan structures, including agency, HUD, bank, bridge, mezzanine, and CMBS.
Before joining Berkadia, Chris was a director at LMI Capital, a boutique mortgage banking firm, for six years. Starting in the industry as an analyst in the Dallas CMBS group at Credit Suisse from 2005 to 2008.
