Jeff Jones is a Director with Berkadia Dallas Mortgage Banking, where he specializes in FHA/HUD financing. Based in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Jones has experience with multifamily, student and manufactured housing, as well as construction financing.
In 1997, Multi-Housing News credited Mr. Jones with helping bring new activity to the FHA Section 207M program for manufactured housing communities. He completed Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) training in 2000 and updated the training in 2010. In 2010, Mr. Jones closed a for-profit hospital transaction under HUD’s Section 242 program that was identified as HUD’s largest at that time.
In addition to his financing experience, Mr. Jones has development experience. Between 1999 and 2009, he was a majority partner in the development of four Kiddin’ Around Playcare Centers in Coppell, Frisco, Plano and Highland Village, Texas.
Mr. Jones attended North Lake College, where he studied secondary marketing and underwriting.
