John Koeijmans, Senior Managing Director, of Berkadia Dallas Mortgage Banking has been with Berkadia and its predecessors, GMAC and Capmark Finance, since 2001. He brings over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. His expertise lies in originating debt and equity across the United States with a specific focus on multifamily. Throughout his tenure at Berkadia, John has successfully closed over $10 billion in loans and been among the top producers of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
Prior to joining Berkadia, John was the Region Manager with GE Capital Real Estate for the Southwest United States.
