Nathan Stone is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking. He joined Berkadia in November 2017, bringing with him an impressive track record of approximately $2.5 billion in commercial real estate transaction experience accumulated over his 14-year career in development and mortgage banking. Since 2018 Nathan has produced with Berkadia over $3.5 billion. Nathan specializes in multifamily, hospitality, and senior living properties. He is particularly skilled in arranging and structuring joint venture opportunities, as well as originating construction, bridge, and permanent debt for commercial real estate projects across the United States.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Nathan was a Senior Director for NorthMarq Capital, where he consistently ranked as a top producer nationally. Before that, he gained valuable experience working for Seneca Investments, a Dallas-based real estate development company. Nathan is a native of Dallas.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Nathan resides in Dallas with his wife Anne and their two children.
