Abe Hannigan is an Associate Director based out of New York City. He is focused on providing financing solutions to owners and operators of market rate, workforce, and affordable housing across the United States. Abe has over eight years of experience originating, structuring, and closing transactions through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Berkadia’s Balance Sheet, and third-party capital sources. He has assisted a range of clients in obtaining over $7 billion in financing while with Berkadia.
Abe graduated Emory University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies. Abe also played Men’s Varsity Soccer for the Emory University Men’s Soccer Team. He was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
